KARI DJOKOVA, Founder
Kari is a Senior HR professional and founder of Mehiro.Six years ago, frustrated with available career guidance resources, Kari decided to experiment with her own data-driven approach to advancing her career.Surprisingly, this led to quick progression to more senior roles and culminated with an offer from Google. Kari postponed this offer to fulfil her goal of living as a digital nomad. She now works in a flexible fully remote HR role in Tech.Kari's successful approach became very popular within her network. Mehiro's data-driven career methodology was born to help more people achieve ambitious career goals faster.
MARTIN ZOKOV, CTO
Martin is a Senior Software Engineer and Chief Technical Officer of Mehiro.He looks after the technical side of our tool, including our approach to data collection and automation.Martin's background is in Software Engineering and Product Management, more recently as a Vice President at JP Morgan. He previously worked at MasterCard and various fintech startups in London.Martin has experience building software as a solopreneur and is passionate about educating others about technology. Running Late & No-ShowsOur system provides you with the opportunity to choose the best time for you and save this in your mentor's calendar. If you are running late or something else happens – your mentor should be the first point of contact. We can discuss cancellations or rescheduling, but first and foremost we want to make sure that you are okay and safe.Please remember: If you just don’t show up and don’t let us know in advance – we might not be able to refund you for this session. This leads us to the next section.
Cancelling or ReschedulingYou can cancel your slot 48h prior to the session and receive full refund. If you cancel with less than 48h notice this means your mentor may have already prepared for the session and we won’t be able to refund you.If you just want to move your session to another day. You can do this by giving your mentor 24h notice.
Our PromiseWe promise to provide you with more clarity and support regarding your career prospects and the relevant barriers in your way.However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee how or to what extent you will use that information and how quickly it will deliver results. Still, we can promise to be available to you in case you are struggling or have questions.Furthermore, our case studies could help you see how you can take this new knowledge forward and replicate what other clients have done if it is also applicable to you.
Privacy & ConfidentialityWe care about your privacy. We will not share any information, which could identify you, with anyone without your explicit permission. Any information or data related to your sessions or the work of your mentor will be kept in password protected files and devices. No one but your mentor will have access to that information.You will be able to decide whether you would like your talent profile to be shared with potential employers. However, this would be made part of a specific conversation and your explicit permission will be requested.
